Metric Differences – PayKickstart’s Reports and 3rd Party Analytic Apps

PayKickstart Vendors currently have the ability to integrate with ProfitWell and ChartMogul to delve deeper into their metrics. Please note that 3rd party integrations may use different calculations and methods for presenting the stats. Due to this in how stats are calculated and presented, you may notice slight differences between the metrics shown in PayKickstart and metrics shown in your 3rd party analytic app you integrated with. These metrics include, but are not limited to, Churn, MRR, Refund, Tax, Currencies, and other stats. For a better understanding of what differences may be present with ChartMogul, we recommend reviewing the following article: https://help.chartmogul.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003422980 And for more information about how ProfitWell handles and calculates received data can be found at: https://learn.profitwell.com/category/WoBCXt3Wpj-calculating-metrics PayKickstart’s complete Reporting and Metrics guide can be found at: https://support.paykickstart.com/knowledge-base/reporting-metrics-guide/
